Eighteen Years.
One Purpose.

PropTrustee was founded in 2008 by a team that had spent years watching NRI property owners struggle with a market that simply wasn't built for them. Brokers who disappeared after placement. Caretakers who stopped reporting. CA firms that didn't understand FEMA. Nobody who brought it all together.

We started with a conviction that the NRI property management market in Gurgaon needed a firm that operated to a genuinely different standard — one that combined institutional-grade reporting, legal rigour, and tax compliance with the personal accountability of a small practice that actually knows your name.

Today we manage over 340 properties across Gurgaon's most prestigious developments — from DLF to Golf Course Extension Road. Our clients live in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. We manage properties exclusively in Gurgaon. Not Delhi. Not Noida. Not a pan-India operation run from a call centre. This focus means our team has genuine, deep relationships — with RWAs, with DLF's management office, with HRERA, with local municipal authorities, and with the vendor community that keeps your property running.

When there is a society dispute, we know who to call. When a builder has not returned your NOC, we know which escalation path works. When RERA needs to be invoked, we have filed before. This institutional knowledge cannot be replicated by a general property agent — it takes years to build.

In-House CA Practice Established

We bring tax and FEMA compliance in-house, ending the reliance on external CAs and ensuring every client receives consistent, integrated advice.

2017
100 Properties Milestone

Reached 100 properties under management — entirely through client referrals. We deliberately declined to scale further until our systems were ready.

2019
Client Portal Launched

Built our proprietary client portal giving NRIs real-time access to inspection reports, rent records, documents, and compliance filings from anywhere in the world.

2021
Legal Practice Wing Added

Added a dedicated legal practice handling RERA filings, builder disputes, and eviction proceedings — filling the final gap in our end-to-end service.
