Common Questions

Pricing FAQ

What is the 14-day vacancy guarantee?
If we do not find a verified, lease-signed tenant within 14 days of your property being listed and ready, we waive our first month's placement fee. This applies to properties in rental-ready condition in Gurgaon's premium zones.
Are maintenance costs included in the plan?
No. The plan covers management, reporting, and coordination. Actual repair and maintenance costs are passed through at cost — with no markup — after your explicit approval. You will always see a vendor quote before we proceed.
Can I switch plans during the year?
You can upgrade at any time — we will pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. We will never lock you into a service level that no longer fits your situation.
What does the 8% rental commission cover?
The 8% (or 6% on the Concierge plan) covers rent collection, monthly remittance, TDS coordination, tenant communication, and all routine management during the tenancy. It is calculated on the gross monthly rent received.
Is GST charged on top of these prices?
Yes, GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is applicable on our management fees. This will be clearly itemised in your invoice and is available as input tax credit if you are GST-registered.
How are payments made?
Annual retainer fees are invoiced upfront at the start of each engagement year. Rental commissions are deducted from the rent collected before remittance. All transactions are documented and visible in your client portal.
What if I have multiple properties?
Plans are priced per property. If you have two or more properties, we offer a 10% discount on the second property's annual retainer and 15% on the third and beyond. Contact us to discuss a tailored multi-property arrangement.
Can I cancel before the year is up?
Yes. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the full retainer. After 30 days, we refund the pro-rated unused portion less a 10% administration charge. We believe in earning your continued business, not locking you in.
