Banking & compliance

This is how we transfer rent to you and manage your FEMA obligations. All information is handled by our in-house CA team.

Bank name is required
Rent must be received in an NRO account first under FEMA regulations.
Last 4 digits only — for reference on transfer advices.
Required for TDS deduction and ITR filing on your behalf.
A lower TDS cert reduces deduction from 30% to ~10%, increasing your monthly take-home significantly.
If you have an existing CA, our team will coordinate with them.

Choose a strong, unique password for your PropTrustee portal. You'll use this along with your email address to sign in.
